Noon Winery

Noon Winery is a small family owned winery in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. It  has been run by Drew Noon and his wife Raegan since 1996.

The winery makes only red wines from old, low yielding vineyards and concentrates on full bodied styles with minimal processing. All of the wines are fermented, matured and bottled entirely on the estate. The reds are fermented in open vats and pressed using traditional basket presses. They are matured in a blend of small American and French oak barrels and large old oak casks for 18 months, receiving little or no fining or filtration.

Wines include Eclipse, Reserve Shiraz, Reserve Cabernet, V.P. and Tawny, High Noon Rose and a second label called Twelve Bells.

Noon Winery has established an enviable reputation for its highly acclaimed wines.Current releases are highly sought after as most of the wine for the domestic market is sold to a closed mailing list.  Source: Noon Winery
