A full flavoured, rich textured wine. Lemon and lime complement white peach and ripe nectarine with a lovely hint of gun flint and smoky oak. The palate is long and has a wonderful acid line, with lemon meringue and citrus zest on the finish.
Hand-picked fruit, crushed/chilled to press, pressed to stainless steel tank, cold settled, racked to oak for fermentation and maturation on lees from around 9 months, barrel selected, blended, stabilized, filtered and bottled.
