  The gift voucher you send is delivered via email. The email contains a link to the Cellarit website and easy-to-follow instructions on how to make a redemption.
  Cellarit gift vouchers are the same as cash and can be used for anything on the Cellarit website that would ordinarily be paid for by credit card. Examples include wine or champagne from the Wine Market or Wine Storage services.

• What if the value of a gift voucher doesn't match what my recipient wants to purchase?

  Cellarit has developed a sophisticated accounting system to address this common situation:

  • If the purchase is for less than the gift voucher amount, the balance of value is retained and can be used towards a future purchase of wine, champagne or services.
  • If the purchase is for more than the gift voucher amount, the balance can be paid during checkout with a credit card.
• Is there an expiration date for gift vouchers?

  Gift vouchers can be redeemed anytime, day or night, 24x7 for 3 years from the date it is sent to the recipient.

• Is there a GST charge on gift vouchers?

  For gift vouchers, there's no GST charged and the full amount that you nominate is passed onto your recipient. When the gift voucher is redeemed, the GST component will be detailed on the recipient's confirmation.
