A gently-textured pinot with sour cherry flavours and a seam of delicate herbs. It is fine-boned and fragrant with a faint nutty oak overlay. The acidity is bright, and the flavours fan out gracefully on the finish

From 30yo estate vines. The bright, clear crimson-purple hue raises the flag, aromas of spice, forest, red cherry and sour cherry replicated on the supple, long and impeccably balanced palate. A beautiful pinot with a great future. Drink to 2027.
