Deep, youthful red/purple hue, the bouquet chocolate, vanilla and quite strongly oak-infused, the palate full-bodied and rich with good concentration, but also bright acidity pushing through and masses of supple, smooth tannins. Very good wine, young and promising to age long-term, but it ultimately fails to fascinate as a wine of its price should.
