Aaron Brasher
Youthful red and vibrant colour in the glass. Lifted and complex aromas of graphite, blackcurrant, mulberry, blood sausage, brambles and a cool, leafy, menthol edge. There’s real purpose and drive on the palate, lashings of black fruits, spices and creamy, cedary oak. The tannins are layered, granular and provide fabulous support and structure and the acidity is crunchy and has a real lustre to it. A reallly sophisticated and incredibly satisfying cabernet.
