Medium ruby red colour. Plum preserve, vanilla essence and wood shaving aromatics. Rich blueberry fruit sits heavy on entry, wood shavings, vanilla and mocha notes all add to the weight but the tannin framework doesn’t have the tension to drive it. Still fills the mouth and lingers, but lacks focus at the end
