Medium red colour, with the faintest purple tinge. The bouquet is meaty, spicy and smoky, charcuterie-like and quite complex. It's intense and rich on the palate, despite a relatively light to medium-bodied framework. Delicious wine, very seductive complex flavours, the finish clean and firm in tannin (but not too firm), and the aftertaste very long. Excellent.
