Complex, floral, earthy restrained style. Lots going on here. Creamy chamomile and brooding flavours of red date, morels and nuts interact on the palate. Spicy and uncompromisingly dry on the finish with a light-weight, crisp texture. A bit of chewy nashi pear tannin on the end. Tight acidity, a bit austere and brooding; needs food. This will easily cellar for a few years
