Medium-light ruby with a tinge of purple; there is a subtle but very bewitching aroma of pot-pourri, smoked smallgoods, dried herbs and five spice, the tannins are fine and drying, tapering to a leaner finish with a peppery note to conclude. Medium length finish. An elegant and well structured pinot noir that tasted even better the next day. Drink 2024 - 2034.
