92 Points Real Review
Vibrant and crystalline ruby hue. Red cherries, bouquet garni and blood sausage on the nose. A contrast in style for the McLaren Vale region. Light and lithe, framed more by acidity than tannins but both play their role in taking it long through the palate. Remarkable in its complexity and seamlessness for such a youthful wine, and whilst it is light in flavour there's no doubting its intensity. I'd be parking this in the cellar for a while. Note: Sadly, we lost Taras Ochota in 2020 but his memory lives on through these wines. Drink 2023 - 2031.
