92 Points James Halliday
Full purple-red; the bouquet abounds with rich, red berry fruit allied with smoky, spicy oak. The palate is dense, packed with the flavour of black cherry, blackberry and mulberry and oak which will ultimately give cedary characters to the wine. All in all, a brooding giant which absolutely demands prolonged cellaring. Drink to 2017.
