Medium to full red-purple; a complex bouquet with ripe cassis/berry fruit married with charry/lemony oak, and overtones of Bordeaux from a ripe year. A marvellous wine on the palate, elegant, yet concentrated with dark briary/berry/cassis fruit of perfect ripeness, very good tannin balance. Drink to 2005.
