95 Points Robert Parker
The blockbuster 2002 Shiraz Bella’s Garden (300 cases) boasts a dense ruby/purple color as well as aromas and flavors of smoke, graphite, lard, black currants, and cherries. This medium to full-bodied, elegant Shiraz reveals beautiful integration of wood, an expansive texture, and a natural mouthfeel. The result of impeccable winemaking from top-notch vineyard sources, it is another example of winemaker Matt Wenk and Michael Twelftree’s talents. It should drink well for a decade.

94 Points James Halliday
Saturated but supple plum and blackberry fruit; while not over-extracted, in the ultra full-bodied Battlestar Galactica style. Drink to 2022.
