A very great Australian pinot, aged to perfection and drinking at its best now. Wonderful bouquet of smoky charcuterie, roasting-pan aromas, truffles and cooked mushrooms - all sorts of delicious smells. It's intense and beautifully rounded, harmonious and graceful across the palate. The tannins are soft and gentle, beautifully balanced. Long, satisfying aftertaste. This is one of the finest aged Aussie pinots I have ever tasted.
