Full yellow colour showing its maturity. The bouquet is full of poached fruit aromas, peach, apricot, and a trace of honey. It's full and soft and toasty on the palate, very mature and at the end of its drinking window. Dry but soft finish. I have drunk many bottles of this over the years and this is my last. It was probably at its peak 5-6 years ago, but still drinks well now (cork variation notwithstanding).
