As suspected, the previous bottle of Lake's Folly Cabernets previously tasted was faulty; the new tasting note reflects the high quality of the wine. Medium red-purple; a complex bouquet of blackberry, plum, spice and regional earth leads into a delicious, round and ripe palate with black fruits and soft tannins; nicely controlled oak. Drink to 2015.
