Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 The Chosen Gorge Block Cabernet Sauvignon shows off an intense nose of creme de cassis, fresh blackberries and ripe plums with nuances of cedar, roses and dried herbs. Full-bodied and taut in the mouth, it is packed with muscular blackberry and mint flavors with a firm backbone of chewy tannins and balanced acidity before finishing with good length. Drink it from 2014 to 2024+.
