Deep red/purple colour. The aromas are pleasantly plummy, vanillan and lightly spicy, while the taste is sweetish and fruity, with a backing of emery-like tannins. There's a kick of alcohol on the finish. A plain but very decent shiraz, with plenty of richness abetted by liberal oak.
