Deep red/ruby colour with tinges of brick and faint purple. Minty, earthy developed bouquet: like a eucalypt forest floor with a lot of leaf litter. A very big, solid red with masses of tannin and rich concentrated flavour and alcohol warmth. Not subtle, but generously flavoured and structured. It should age very well.
