Attractive red with bright, spicy flavours that I associate with a relatively cool climate. High energy wine with a strong fruit focus - raspberry and cranberry. Fine, drying tannins add structure and no doubt contribute toward the wine’s obvious longevity

Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Shiraz is loaded with aromas of crushed blackberries, black cherries and mulberries with suggestions of black pepper, lavender and bay leaf. The medium-bodied frame has a good core of vibrant black and red berry flavors structured by medium levels of rounded tannins. Balanced acid lends freshness through the medium to long finish. Drink it now to 2018+.
