Very light straw colour. The wine is pristine, very clean and pure with a little toasted nut aroma, the palate very tight and fresh, crisp and delicate. The oak is very restrained even at this cold temperature and 70% new barrels. This drinks superbly right now, but undoubtedly has a long future. Great length and seamless texture. A superb wine.
