This is the third vintage of this 'Exceptional Parcel Release' label. It's a very dense, almost chewy Cabernet Sauvignon, with ripe berry flavours and a solid influence of spicy oak character. Firmly structured red with obvious cellaring potential, although the tannins rather lock in some of the flavour at this relatively early stage. I've awarded a conservative score while acknowledging the wines potential to grow
