Blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot and shiraz. The classic Folly Hunter red blend rarely ceases to amaze with its great subtlety and finesse, even in a challenging year such as '18 which was hot, drought-affected and short. The wine is in great form with a mellifluous aroma of fine-edged fruit, leaf, dark chocolate and the prettiest violets. The wine fairly glides with poise, balance and some of the smartest, seamless oak going. Everything is in its place, just so. Drink to 2042.
