An excellent wine for a village appellation, albeit with a lieu dit. Excellent colour depth and hue; a rich, complex, earthy bouquet with touches of dried mushrooms and dried meats, a hint of bresaola, the palate full and rich, with marvellously satisfying density, fleshy extract and body. A ripping wine, certainly of premier cru standard.
