Huon Hooke
Medium to deep red colour, with a trace of purple. The bouquet has some floral notes as well as subtle spices and a hint of blond tobacco. It's soft and finely textured, fleshy and smooth in the mouth, with talc-fine tannins. Tremendous length which builds and builds and a lingering impression of finesse. Superb wine.
