Fairly pale Pinot Noir with appealing strawberry, plum, cherry and subtle herb flavours. Ignore the colour and enjoy a simple, charming, smooth-textured red.

70% of the 2009 Pinot Noir was aged in French oak for 10 months. Pale ruby colored, it has lifted, ripe red berry notes of warm raspberries and crushed strawberries with nuances of lavender and dried mint. Medium bodied with refreshing acidity cutting through the vibrant berry flavors, it finishes medium-long. Drinking now, it should remain fresh through 2013.
