Fragrant, lifted aromas of cherry, sap, spice, bramble, cooked strawberry and sandalwood, really evocative and enticing. Delicately flavoured, supple and mouth-filling, full of dark cherry, blueberry, spice and a umami-ish soy character. Tannins are round and caressing and the acidity is taut and crunchy. Lovely length, texture and drinkability.
