Deep, bright purple/red hue. A more savoury bouquet than Rose Hill, with graphite regional Hunter character, coal-dust traces, together with lovely fruit. The palate offers delicious flavour, deep and elegant red and blue fruits, blueberry and violet traces, an impression of sweetness on the mid-palate, the tannins mild and supple but certainly present. An utterly delicious, succulent red wine.
