Medium to light colour. Clean, fresh, youthful chardonnay fruit aromas, slightly dusty and quite restrained. Quite reserved and a more traditional style Blanc de Blanc, which looks a bit plain beside the heavily worked styles. The palate is light, simple, monochromatic and pinched. Fresh, crisp acidity to finish. Liked this more and more.
