Dark, deep red; there is typically abundant blood plum, cherry and spice fruit married with vanilla oak on the bouquet; the palate is rich and concentrated, with plum, chocolate and vanilla flavours supported by persistent tannins. Will improve with further bottle age. Drink to 2013.
