Huon Hooke

Medium to deep red colour, brick-red tints. Very meaty 'roasting pan' aromas, with charcuterie and delicatessen nuances. The palate is firm and alive with energy and tang and grip - all in balance. At least a decade to go. Very long and firm, and the palate has great line. A wine that needs protein.
