94 Points James Halliday
Deep red, with some purple; there is abundant, solid, dark berry and chocolate fruit running through the bouquet, with well-balanced oak. The richly textured palate has abundant dark fruit flavours, yet avoids going over the edge into jammy territory. As with the bouquet, the oak is nicely handled. Drink to 2008.
