Lovely lifted spice and pepper nose. Accessible and very attractive sweet fruit. Lovely elegant and supple wine that’s mouthwateringly easy to drink

Medium-bodied; a mix of black fruits and dark chocolate; controlled oak and tannins; nice line. Drink to 2011.

Cork. Wow. Cellared by ourselves OK. But I do it a lot different these days (have a temp. Unit now) So this red has not been treated as well as it could be. Mould had actually formed just around the foil. This wine is now 10 years old. Fantastic. Such a rich extremely well balanced wine. Grilled up some good old rump steak. Shiraz 2003 was superb. If you can buy it now, I would go for it. I still have 5 bottles. Yay !! (drank 6 When first bought in 2003), Drink in the next 1 to 5 years
