Deep dense red, slight purple. Toasty oak and some mint, clean and concentrated, ripe fruit and solid oak backing. Deep, dense, plush texture; fleshy and oak-pumped; lots of tannin and oaky, grainy texture. A touch aggressive and needs time to mellow and soften. Heaps of potential. Concentrated and long: impressive if a touch immature.
