Huon Hooke
Medium brick-red/ruby: rather light and forward in colour. Subdued, diffuse, undistinguished aroma with slight herbal, vegetal nuances. The palate is medium-bodied and quite lively, some intensity and flavour with a rather dominant firmness to the finish. Does have taste and character and acceptable middle palate flavour and presence, just dipping slightly. Decent drinking wine.

Strong purple-crimson; an attractive savoury/earthy style of cabernet; fruit, earth, spice and oak aromas and flavours swirl around each other; harmony is the key to a medium-bodied wine that can be enjoyed any time you wish. Drink to 2019.
