Medium red-purple; there are pronounced foresty, stemmy, savoury overtones to the black fruits of the bouquet, which flow through into the palate, there joined by blackcurrant, a touch of mint and some cedar. Somewhat of a jumble at the moment, but should sort itself out with a little patience. Drink to 2009.
