Very good, deep, red/purple colour. The bouquet is oaky and dense, subdued and latent, with some coconut milk notes and a hint of mint. In the mouth, it's rich and full, with lots of fruit sweetness and smooth ample tannins. The finish is medium-length and there's a pleasant touch of garden mint as well as sweet cassisy fruit on the back-palate. Attractive drinking already and will age well.

Vivid purple; this long established iconic cabernet shiraz blend has hit the jackpot this vintage, with lush juicy blackcurrant, mulberry and blackberry fruit set in a wreath of ripe tannins and quality oak. An oddity is the Diam cork, marked on its top and sides to resemble a one-piece natural cork. Drink to 2035.
