The 2005 Chardonnay “Reserve Bin 05A” was aged for 10 months in 85% new French oak and went through malolactic fermentation. It offers a classy perfume of toasty oak, mineral, wet stones, butterscotch, and tropical fruits. Medium to full-bodied, it has layers of ripe fruit, a smooth texture, and excellent balance. Drink this lengthy Chardonnay over the next 6 years.
