Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2010 Harry’s Monster is a little closed with youthful, primary notes of cassis, blackberries, pencil shavings, yeast extract and cinnamon stick intermixed with a touch of earthiness. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the mouth with taut, muscular fruit supported with a medium to firm level of grainy tannins and crisp acid, finishing long. It’s approachable now but should drink from 2013 to 2022+.
