Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon has a lively nose of freshly crushed cassis, dried Mediterranean herbs, pencil lead and charcoal with a touch of beef drippings. Medium to full-bodied, it has a pleasant savory edge and herbal lift to complement its packed palate and finishes with good persistence. Drink 2015 - 2020.
