After saving it from being cooked with and left to air for an hour this full bodied Shiraz had amazing aromas of cherry, raspberry and smelt of all things Christmas - including a spiced apple in there. Heavy taste and deep red a full glass lasted a couple of hours and the best was in the last drops. Would love to get another bottle.
