Lovely crisp young riesling, that will blossom with a few years cellaring. Depending on your tastes, you could drink it now and/or in 6+ years time. How is it now? Very pale colour, slightly green. Nose doesn't give much away, but if you have a good big sniff or let the wine warm in the glass, it smells delicately floral. Palate is like licking a pebble, of course I mean that in a good way, very mineral, plus citrus and a solid acid backbone. Grapefruit emerges quite strongly on the long dry finish.
