I like this. Very dark in the glass, with purple edges. Nose of blackcurrant plus touches of eucalyptus and graphite. Light to medium bodied in the mouth, which is how I prefer my cabernet as we approach summer. Black and also red fruits, mint and rosemary. Well balanced with nice kittens tongue tannins on the finish, if you know what I mean. Grippy. Took an hour to open up, and then got better and better with each passing minute. ** This of course is a review of the Rosemount Estate wine, spelt as Rosemont for this vintage in the Cellarit wine market.
