Pale colour. Delicate floral nose. Palate is also delicate, delightful & delicious. Leads off with apple, slight touch of lemon, and mineral which may or may not be mostly quartz, but that's what comes to my mind. Not very acidic but perfect to support the wonderful flavours. The finish is long and magical, feels like 1000s of leprechauns dancing on your tongue.
