Sourced from two sites on the eastern slope of the Colbinabbin Range in the central
north of the region. Aromas of blood plum, Chinese five spice, toffee and freshly tilled earth. The palate is long with flavours of
red apple, raspberry, cherry, earth and dukkha like spice with beautiful natural acidity carrying the wine gracefully.
Wonderfully dense tannins creating richness and presence. The texture of this wine is a highlight. An opulent and delicious
wine. Matured in 2nd use French oak hogsheads for 24 months. Suggested best drinking from 2023 – 2029. 15.2% Vol.
